JOB PURPOSE

To produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of SAEI products.  Work collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts to make our products easier to use.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Assists in writing bulletins procedures and manuals related documents.
• Assists in inputting all manuals versions and other documents in diskettes or computer.
• Distributes of all new/ revise aircraft maintenance manuals on all SAEI stations.
• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
• Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications.
• Analyse existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
• Create and maintain the information architecture.
• Assists in establishments and implementation of an efficient system for maintenance of manuals requirements and their main reference.
• Follow-up finalization of manuals pages and covers.
• Ensures compliance to all relevant safety and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department.
• Undertake any other functions are assigned by the immediate supervisor.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma (Admin/Technical).
• Minimum two years of related experience.
• Minimum overall GPA of (3.50 out of 5) or (2.80 out of 4).
• Willing to travel if job requires.

• English proficiency test (STEP) by QIYAS (For Saudis if available).
