Job Description


  • At least 5 years of experience in the required domain or equivalent.
  • Aerospace / Mechanical Engineer degree or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills and a pro-active approach to problem solving.
  • Strong English skills.
  • Ability to work to strict timescales as part of an integrated, multidiscipline team.
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage (without hierarchy dependency) a diverse work team towards the accomplishment of common goals in a challenging environment.
  • Analytical problem-solving capabilities and target-oriented mind.
  • Ability to proactively manage projects/contracts from concept to closeout; to perform research and prepare clear and concise technical repots, work effectively with different stakeholders in a complex organization (customer, partners, vendors and other Airbus organizations).
  • Experience in the development of industrialization activities (i.e. knowledge on industrial & quality processes)
  • Experience in program/contract management activities (i.e. leading WP, managing projects…).
  • Familiar with Airbus military aircraft platforms existing in KSA ( A330-MRTT, C295)
  • Negotiation experience (i.e. contracts, suppliers, customers).
  • Familiar with Middle East contractual practices (i.e. customer contracts, supplier contracts)
  • Cooperate with Sales to develop new business models for KSA customers.
  • Execute service contract deliverables and requirements (OT-OC-OQ).
  • Definition of SoW, architecture, P&L and minimum price to be paid during the service offer preparation.
  • Ensure Export Control and Ethic & Compliance policies are followed in the contractual deliverables.
  • Actively participation and/or lead internal/customer meetings (i.e. PMRs, RMC…).
  • Manage customer/stakeholders communications as per the contractual deliverables.
  • Act as Bid Manager for Services Offers.
  • Preparation and delivery to the Customer of Contractual Monthly Reports.
  • Preparation and reporting of KPIs according to program needs.
  • Lead financial follow-up including invoicing management and payments monitoring.
  • Participate actively in the Industrialization Strategy in KSA.
  • Lead contractual deliverables monitoring (i.e. cost, schedule).
  • Support the preparation of yearly budgetary exercises (OP, FC).
  • Participate actively in the Risk & Opportunity Management process.
