Job Description

In Vestas-SDC we are constantly optimizing the service supply chain in order to deliver on time to our customers, and at the same time have an optimized supply chain with low Inventory and efficient setup. It is an ever-developing task in an exciting environment. In SDC Vestas, MRP Controlling function has the responsibility to facilitate the on-time supply of materials towards the demand internally across all service locations and sites globally.

Responsibilities

• Release purchase orders on time as per the defined process concerning the release procedure in SAP ERP
• Individually handle the assigned MRP areas globally and facilitate the customers getting the parts on time.
• Validate the demand from the stakeholders
• Check rounding values and MOQ and identify the odd ones
• Facilitate stakeholders in Material Master data enrichment
• Own and update the MRP master data in SAP
• Communication with internal customers and stakeholders
• Come out with RCCM on missed deliveries
• Participation in Continuous Improvement activities
• Exception handling in SAP to match the demand vs supply network
• Update the stakeholder on a part number

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master's degree within the business, engineering, or similar
• Solid experience with Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint
• Experience in SQL and Excel Macros
• Experience with ERP-(SAP) system
• 2 to 5 years of Experience in releasing Purchase orders and maintaining purchase info records for internal and external buying

• Good communication skills in English both written and oral
• Good innovative skills and knowledge of supply chain management basics
• Organized regarding work hours due to sites in Europe and the US mostly Nightshift
• Structured and organized
• Outgoing and respectful towards our stakeholders
• A good team-oriented person
• Innovative and enthusiastic
