Tasks

Depending on the respective principal assignment, the following tasks are included:

• Calculating and issuing tickets incl. re-issues.
• Issuing of PEVs.
• To process refunds, TODs, replacement documents and excess luggage.
• To carry out all check-in procedures in accordance with the appropriate guidelines.
• To carry out boarding incl. gate closing tasks.
• To provide information and assistance in connection with all customer concerns during normal & irregular operations.
• To provide assistance to passengers with special needs.
• To follow required safety and security procedures in accordance with all company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• To take on other customer service duties which may arise at the station, as well as carrying out station related tasks in connection with prior agreements.
• All other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

The ideal Multi-Task Station Agent must fulfill the following requirements:

• Intermediate school qualification (e.g. GCSE-level) and completed vocational training in the commercial field or service industry.
•  
• Fluent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of German desirable.
• Driving licence PC-skills preferred.
• Shift work.
• Weather factors and noise pollution.
• Working under time pressure.
• Working with computers.
• Psychological aptitude test.
• CV/ Resume and Cover Letter required.
• Company will not provide reloaction assistance.
• Must possess a Saudi Arabian identity card in the country of employment.
• Must be willing to work shifts.
