Job Description

  • Preparing & submission of for licenses renewal documents e.g. ATPL, FRTOL, CPL, IR and ELP, well in advance.
  • Co-ordinate with Pilot for submission documents at the earliest possible time.
  • Preparing and submission for renewal of license /reinstatement of endorsement for the pilots who were unavailable for flying due unforeseen/required reason(gap-in-flying Case)
  • Ensure/close follow up with regulator/regional CAD offices to acquire on time the renewal of Licenses on time prior expiry which enable crew to maintain the published roster.
  • Maintaining the record of Licenses Renewals including RTRs for MIS.
  • Preparing documents for FATA Issue and renewal.
  • Sending Emails to all pilots for renewal of license and FATA.
  • Preparing ATPL issue documents for submission in DGCA.
  • Preparing all AIC oral/ Air regulation examination documents of Expat pilots. Exam held in DGCA.
