Educational Qualifications         

• Bachelor degree in a related discipline with 2 years’ experience preferably in Business Administration, Sales or related field
• OR two years college Diploma in a related discipline with 4 years’ experience preferable in in-flight Catering /Business, Sales or related field
• Or Specialized certificate in the related discipline with Secondary School and having 12 years’ experience in Business, Sales or related field

Skills/Knowledge           

• Proficient in English Proficiency (Reading and Writing)
• Proficiency in MS office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Social media management skills

Job Description

• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, networking and social media.
• Develop positive working relationship with existing customers for repeat business.
• Explore new business opportunities with potential customers.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Maintain accurate and complete sales operational and transaction records.
• Answer customer queries in accurate and timely manner.
• Prioritize sales tasks based on revenue goals and deadlines.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Maintain a database of prospective and current customers.
• Interact with customers to get feedback on products and services offered
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
