Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Entry keying of fuel invoices into WIAM
• Collate manual recordings and to verify with the system
• Handle and coordinate all 3rd party request on fuel admin related matters
• Conduct checks on the monthly recording summary reports for any abnormalities
• Run a check against the OT system to generate OT Report to be submitted to HC (Recommend for HC to generate this report)
• Input off-in-lieu data into the OT system. (Recommend to remove all off-in-lie and to be replaced with pay)
• Change of working hours in the UFIS (Recommend to give access right to the Supervisor in charge to amend it accordingly)
• Input of acting allowance in the SAP (Recommend to give access right to the Supervisor in charge to amend it accordingly)
• Assist in the administrative requirements to renew ADP and Airport Pass (Individual Section Officer/Supervisor to ensure that it is done accordingly)
• Other administrative work: Processing of DO/Invoice for signatory approval, Keeping a back-up(photocopied) copy of signed DO/Invoice, Processing of Carpark Disc matters, Processing of Tender Documents administrative matters and Stationary materials ordering/receiving
