• Quality Check (QC)
• Route planning and management, application and obtaining of over flight and landing permissions, SLOTS and PPRs for all flights
• Application and confirmation of airport handling and fuel services associated with the aircraft movements at the airports
• Flight following and watch of short or long flights and quality control of all NASJET flights
• Management of fleet permits e.g., TSA Waivers, USA APIS, Block Permits, etc.
• Route database management
• Flight planning and ATC filing, delays and cancellations
• Point of contact of all operating crew members
• Maintain responsibility for all NASJET operational functions.
• Ensure full compliance with all GACA regulations and FARs, EuroControl, ICAO and company procedures
• Provide the paperwork (brief sheet/ flight plan/ charts) quality standard required for proper conduct of flights.
• Ensure operational restrictions by the MEL items are adhere to
• Flight follow daily flight activity, aircraft/crew arrival and departures and monitor all other duties and tasks associated with the daily operations of Flight Dispatch
• Proactively oversee NASJET to ensure safe, efficient and economic operation of company aircrafts.
• Immediately inform the Flight Center teams of any unforeseen and anticipated situation and occurrences that may affect the flight activity
• Ensure all flights are released in accordance with GACA Regulations and FARs, ICAO, local authority and company standard procedures
• Completion of the flight logs and post flight management.
• Evaluates weather reports, airport minima and NOTAMs to assure that they fall within the company standards and norms
• Be responsible to his Manager for suggestions and implementation of policies to improve performance, efficiency and service to Owners and Crew
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance communications and fine tune the delivery process to ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with DFO and Chief Pilot any operational requirement in order to assure the highest levels of safety and service
• Provide timely notice to all other departments when challenges are encountered to get the services confirmed
• Assure that all operational issues and concerns in daily activity are followed and the customers are properly informed via the standard company channels
• Ensure compliance with the company procedures on activation the Emergency Response Plan (ERP)
• Perform another task as instructed by the immediate Supervisor/Shift Duty Manager and Senior Manager.
  ·         Ensure OCC Nasjet complies with flynas policies and processes, practices and systems, and maintain flynas high standard of work and work ethic.
  Perform any other assignment from the line Manager or his designee.
  Assist and coaching team members in performing their duties.
  Provide quarterly/ monthly/ weekly reports or as per the line manager request on all transaction commenced on concerned period.

Job Requirements

• Two (2) year experience in flight dispatch/operations with emphasize in part 121/125/91 operations.
  ·         High School Graduates
• Aircraft Dispatch License
  ·         Fluent in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
• Adequate knowledge of GACA regulations
• Sufficient knowledge of Flight Operations procedures.
• Good knowledge on weather charts reports in METAR & TAF format
• Sufficient knowledge on Fuel Calculations
• Sufficient knowledge on aircraft weight & balance calculation.
• Sufficient experience of using communication facilities (SITA, AFTN, and VHF, etc)
• Computer skills.
