Requirements

The ideal People Business Partner (Asia Pacific) must fulfill the following requirements:

University degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Labour Law or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience within operational HR management, preferably in the field of aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) or similar industries.
Fluent in business English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge in German and/or Mandarin advantageous.
Experience in HR transformation and change management projects desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office functions and prior experience with SAP preferred.
Willing to travel extensively.
