Tasks

As the Product and Capability Manager you will perform the following duties:

• Continuous improvement of LTME’s production processes and implementing further capabilities.
• Evaluating potential business cases for technical and economic feasibility.
• Identify and define capability requirements in acc. with approved data and authority requirements.
• Functional leading and coordinating project teams to obtain approvals for new capabilities.
• Monitoring project progress and reporting results to management.
• Attend approval audits to obtain authority approval.
• Responsible for tool and equipment requirements and to support related procurement processes.
• Develop processes and systems for tooling engineering.
• Leading the tool and equipment engineering and train engineers.
• Provide continuous knowledge improvement trainings.
• Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors.

Requirements

If you want to be the next Product and Capability Manager you must fulfill the following requirements:

• University degree (e.g. aerospace, mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering).
• Practical background and hands-on mentality.
• 6 years of experience in aviation related capability build up and tooling projects.
• Project management skills.
• Excellent knowledge about aviation authority regulation (e.g. EASA, GCAA, FAA).
• Good knowledge in business administration and feasibility studies.
• Good communicational skills, business fluent in English.
• German language desirable.
• Advanced computer knowledge (MS-Office, CAD).
• Proven leadership skills.
• Experience in lean production and change management preferable.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• CV/Resume required.
• Must possess a legal work permit in United Arab Emirates.
• Company may provide relocation assistance.
