Job Description

Your role oversees product revenue through new and existing alternative revenue channels, and you will see yourself working closely with business stakeholders, channel owners, UX, IT BA and developers to develop product solutions that can increase revenue for Scoot. You will also oversee the execution of product operations and its efficiency, ensuring the product roadmap is optimized to bring maximum business value along with exemplary customer experience.

Product Management and Development

  • Plans and executes the product roadmap based on value to the company, product feedback reviews from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Communicate and brief product details/business rules and ensure it is distributed in all viable channels.
  • Collaborate with channel product owners and IT teams such as BAs and engineers to draft requirements and gather all required assets for feature to be built and conduct UAT for launch.

Product Operations

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for product setup and ensure smooth running of products.
  • Monitor product performance, collect and analyse customer feedback and work on action plans to improve on product efficiency and enhancements.

Performance Management

  • Identify product success metrics, monitor and report product performance periodically.
  • Identify gaps in product and propose optimisation plans.
  • Define, review, and assess new business cases, present findings and make recommendations to management.

Requirements:

  • At least a University degree and/or a minimum of 4-6 years of working experience in product management
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to 'get your hands dirty'
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in an organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good project management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to efficiently work in a cross-functional organization, ability to develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders from digital and non-digital disciplines on all levels
