Job Description

We are a start-up based out of Bengaluru & Delhi NCR. We are engaged in development of next generation missions and technologies (NGM&T) towards future warfare needs of the Indian Defence forces. It is undertaking research towards enhancing persistence and autonomy for unmanned vehicles and robotic swarms. NRT’s product development portfolio includes a solar power stratospheric high altitude pseudo satellite (HAPS) unmanned platform and an air/ground launched stand-off autonomous system.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Project Planning for mid - large scale UAS (Budgets, Timelines & Schedules)
• Track project progress, deliverables and follow-up with necessary stakeholders on a regular basis
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts to create communications, knowledge based articles, and standard procedures to ensure operational readiness for project implementation
• Prioritize tasks and schedule resources according to project deadlines and keeping schedule on track
• Find practical and simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality
• Implement internal processes (Procurements management, Timesheets for resources, Etc) and ensure follow through from all stakeholders.
• Efficiently handle the status reporting to stakeholders, handling key update meetings with the teams and following up on action points
• Interest and proactive willingness to contribute to: workflow, process, tools and team dynamics to help us manage and scale our rapid growth

Must have:

• Advanced MS Office Understanding (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Pragmatic problem solving experience.
• Willingness to working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deliverables
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G-suite or similar software

Basic Requirement:

• Bachelor’s/Master's Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering Aerospace/Aeronautical/Mechanical preferred)
• 1+ years of UAS engineering (or) technical project management experience
• PMI/Prince2 Certification (CAPM, PMP, PgMP or equivalent is a plus)
