Who we are:

We are a start-up start- up based out of Bengaluru & Delhi NCR. We are engaged in development of next generation missions and technologies (NGM&T) towards future warfare needs of the Indian Defence forces. It is undertaking research towards enhancing persistence and autonomy for unmanned vehicles and robotic swarms. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Technical Development & Project Management for the development and delivery of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) 
• Lead and Direct a multi-functional engineering team to develop and integrate hardware & software and flight test UAS to satisfy end-user needs. 
• Establish Objectives, Specifications, Schedule & Budget to ensure Projects are executed effectively - Oversee all aspects of the development over the entire project life (concept, development, integration, qualification, acceptance, and delivery) 

Desired Skills & Knowledge:

• Experience of UAS or Space System Solution architectures. 
• Project Management experience with formal training or equivalent (PMP) training. Preferred - PMP certified 
• Demonstrable ability to operate strategically, identify and embrace new technology and changes whilst controlling project scope. 
• Track record of successful delivery for technical and commercially complex projects. - Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence subordinates, peers, superiors and partners. - Strong communication skills, being able to provide regular and detailed written and verbal reports and presentations to stakeholders. 
• Strong coordination and management skills, ability to motivate others. 
• Knowledge of Project Economics (budget definitions, estimate-to-complete, gross profit...) 

Basic Requirement: 

• Bachelor's Degree (Aerospace, Aeronautics, Mechanical) in Engineering. Advanced degree preferred
• Strong fundamentals in the following areas 

i. Unmanned Aircraft Design 

OR 

ii. Design & Development of Airborne Stores 

• 5+ years leading cross-functional engineering teams in Design and Development Projects
