Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Manage Customer Trials, Projects and LAI Internal Program Delivery
• Provide support for Customer Demos and RFP responses
• Execute Projects as per LAI Project Management Processes, Procedures and SOPs
• Collaborate with Project Delivery Team ( Product Team, Support Teams, PIDs of other Geos) members to successfully achieve Goals of assigned Projects
• Monitor and Control Project Progress and Deliverables (Scope, Quality, Schedule, Efforts )
• Proactively Identify Risks, Deviations from Plan and drive remedial course corrective actions.
• Conduct Project Meetings as required with Customer Teams and Internal Teams and record MOMs and Action Items
• Prepare Weekly, Monthly Project Health Reporting for senior stakeholders
• Submit Project Progress Reports and Present the same to Steering Committee
• Acquaint self with complete product knowledge so that can carry out presentations/demonstrations
• Acquaint self with the provisions/ terms of the Agreement/ Contract/ SLA with Client
• Manage and supervise the Data collation and entry process
• Daily interaction with clients to proactively address operational issues, training gaps, etc
• Monitor Bugs reported by clients/ users and update LAI Tech Support Portal
• Monitor and follow up with Tech Support Dept (through Tech Support Portal) on the disposal/ rectification action, delivery date of Bug resolution
• Keep Client/ User updated on the progress of Bug Rectification status
• Discuss and Record “Customization/ Change Requests” (CRs) given by clients/ users
• Ensure documentation compliance and manage version control of the relevant documents for all projects.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Engineering Graduate/ Postgraduate from reputed college with an excellent academic record
• Specialization in Aeronautical/Aerospace/Aviationis preferable
• Overall 4 to 6 yearsof experience with > 3 years in Project Management
• Experience of 1 to 2 years in the AviationIndustry is desired
• PMP Certificationis preferred
