Job Description

Carry out audit, as assigned by Quality Assurance Specialist (QAS) on Line Maintenance activities and documentations to determine compliance with established Regulatory Standards/Company Approved Procedures.

Main Duties

• Acquire and maintain needed knowledge of EASA Part 145/66 regulation and associated updates.
• Acquire and maintain needed knowledge of Line Maintenance Exposition and associated documents.
• Acquire and maintain job specific working knowledge of Q-Pulse system.
• Apply the standard procedures and policies during the audit exercise.
• Liaise with QAS to ensure that the Audit Checklist is in accordance with the latest regulatory requirements prior to conducting an audit.
• Execute audit as directed by QAS.
• Hold an opening meeting with process owner and explain the purpose and scope of audit.
• Outline the non-compliances detected during the audit to the process owner in the closing meeting cession and agree on a remedial action/period.
• Follow up with the process owner’s respond to ensure achievement of objective.
• Monitoring continuation training and other events subject to expiry for the purpose of renewal of Certifying Staff authorization certificates.

Requirements

o Holder of EASA Part 66 license or equivalent.

o Minimum of 2 years’ auditing experience in aviation environment;

o Possession of a recognized Audit training certificate;

o Fair knowledge of EASA Part 145/66 regulations, attested by a recent training certificate from a recognized provider;

o Good PC skills including working knowledge of job related Q-Pulse system;

Fair command on written/spoken English language.
