Job Description


This position will be responsible to support the quality and compliance monitoring system of Airbus Asia Training Centre. This includes ensuring compliance with the aviation regulation related to a flight training center as well as a simulator operator.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit the relevant quality assurance documents for regulatory audit purposes
  • Coordinate the work across AATC in order to obtain and maintain ATO CAAS approval
  • Ensure that all AATC training is homogeneous and compliant with the Airbus policies and EASA Part-FCL, and/or CAAS requirements
  • Coordinate the work with Central ATO to obtain the EASA approval for AATC as an ATO satellite
  • Plan, schedule and perform internal audits/inspection on training activities, simulator operation, outsourced function and etc.
  • Coordinate corrective action requests with the relevant departments internally
  • Analyze Trainee Customer feedbacks for continuous improvement of the quality of the training and simulator operation in timely manner
  • Ensure smooth conduct of all third party audits/inspections and the follow-up actions to closure of findings
  • Promote the compliancy culture and continuous improvement
  • Attend relevant courses including for internal auditor and Civil Aviation requirements as applicable for the job

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of quality management system eg. ISO9001 and EN9100
  • Have good understanding and knowledge of CAAS and/or EASA regulation
  • Good knowledge of computing skills including Google Workspace, Google Sheet, Google Slide, Google Drive, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
  • Able to multitask and responsible (willing to take responsibility)
  • Team oriented
  • Motivated by challenges, self-starter and problem solver
