Job Description

  • NAS Kuwait is looking for qualified people to join our growing team!

    Passenger Services Agents -

    Passenger Handling:
    Check-in counter, transfer desk, boarding gate and passenger control
    • Lost & Found and baggage delivery services

    Lounges:
    • Lounge operations
    • Hospitality, food safety and standards

    Meet and Assist:
    • Arrival & departure operations and hospitality

    Travel Consultants:
    • IATA recognized ticketing certificate
    • Good command over Galileo, Amadeus or Sabre

    Cargo Agents:
    • Knowledge of airline air cargo operations and procedures

    Operations Agents:
    • Knowledge of ramp and ground operations, OCC operations and/or radio communications

    Equipment Operators:
    • Heavy vehicle driving license and forklift experience

    Cashiers:
    • Knowledge of counter cash/credit transactions, billing activities and reconciliation

    Requirements:
    • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferable
    • Experience in related field and aviation industry
    • Valid and transferable Kuwaiti residency
    • Must be willing to work in shifts
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Basic computer skills
