Job Description

Role Introduction

We are looking for a well-rounded Marketing Executive to join the Regional Marketing Team in Singapore. This role will support the planning and execution of regional and local campaigns aimed at generating sales revenue and brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign management

  • Develop and deliver regional marketing campaigns to drive commercial objectives in the Customer Travel, Lifestyle and Cargo pillars.
  • Support in adapting and executing Head Office campaigns to be effective across the region.
  • Work with agencies to deliver and execute marketing campaigns – Brief agencies to deliver campaign concepts and media plans, review agency proposals, manage campaign budget, evaluate campaign results, and collate post-campaign reports.
  • Liaise with various external partners to deliver effective campaigns that drive brand engagement and revenue for the airline.
  • End-to-end management of paid social media campaigns including ad creation, targeting, budget optimization, and performance reporting.

Branding

  • Function as a brand custodian and ensure that internal and external marketing materials are brand compliant.

Loyalty

  • Support customer loyalty engagement activities and new loyalty member acquisition campaigns.
  • Develop B2B loyalty initiatives.

General

  • Develop creative assets for regional usage.
  • Manage marketing assets and finances.
  • Any other reasonable task as required.

Emergency & Accident

  • Emergency and Accident and Crisis response responsibilities as required

Requirements

  • Certification in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising.
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2C and B2B marketing in any field.
  • Experienced in marketing campaign management.
  • Experience managing paid social media is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge using design and analytical software like Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Google Analytics is preferred.
  • Highly organized with a creative eye for detail, and possess a strong passion for marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, any other SEA local language is a bonus.
