Job Description

Functional Responsibilities:

Develop interface with Engineering, Sourcing, Finance and Legal for the warranty team to leverage in executing daily, monthly, and quarterly tasks.
Develop and deliver Executive level Warranty and Recovery reports to bring a call to action with Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Sourcing teams.
Assist the Sourcing Team in negotiating the Warranty Agreement and Field Modification Settlement.
Analyse current Warranty and Recovery Reports to set the overall strategy for flynas regarding warranty and recovery.
Manage and process claims for warranty failures that occurred because of a defective component

Job Requirements

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field of Aircraft Technical Operations
10>15 years Prior warranty experience at the Airline and or OEM Warranty Operations level.
Supply Chain Management is related to technical purchasing experience or equivalent education and experience
