Job Description

• 
  Implementation of Airbus Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) policies and instructions.
  • Airbus DS staff in Saudi Arabia are informed about ERM policies and instructions
  • Implementation of Airbus DS ERM policies within Airbus DS in KSA.
• Setting up risk management and monitoring processes for reporting critical risks and the overall risk status.
  • The correct Risk Management process is pursued in all projects & bids/proposals and accurate timely reports are produced to reflect the current status.
• Effective management of risks and opportunities with the Saudi Ministry of Interior (MoI) and designated Consultant.
  • Ensure risks and opportunities discussed and managed with the customer as per the SIE Risk and Opportunity Management Plan.
• Ownership of the Risk and Opportunity management process and R&O registers of the programme.
  • Risk & Opportunity Management plans and R&O registers are updated and maintained.
  • Risk reviews are conducted at all levels within the SIE Project, as per SIE Risk and Opportunity Management Plan.
  • Regular and accurate risk reports are produced as per defined reporting procedures.
  • ARM Software is updated regularly and reflects the latest status for all Domains, in KSA and Germany.
  • Provide risk report and analysis for internal EAC reports, and other upward management reporting.
• Secondary responsibility as Technology Control Officer for export activities:
  • Liaise with Airbus Saudi Limited Export Control Officer on all export matters.
  • Manage export control activities for programme.
  • Ensure all personnel are aware of export control requirements and activities.
