About The Role

Focus 100% development of new business. Managing the full sales cycle as well as building relationships with clients at all levels. Responsible for looking after the assigned region, negotiating contracts, and closing sales.

Generation of a portfolio of clients who charter on private jets

Cold- calling/emailing/meeting new potential clients

Client relationship management

Procuring a suitable option for the customer

Achievement of revenue targets

Plan – Execution

Maintain and expand business in the assigned areas.

Negotiate agreements and resolve potential issues with clients

Expand existing customer base by recognizing and involving top tour operators and agencies within the area

Create awareness of the products and services to magnify market influence and generate future sales

Develop sales network and price structure to attain targets and increase revenues

Implement customer service procedures to ensure customer satisfaction

Report

Prepare sales activities reports such as Sales performance report

Produce time recording reports

Involvement in development of the business strategy along with the Director of Client Experience

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Aviation) from recognized University

PROFILE

Minimum 4 Years Of Experience In Aviation

Experience in Charter Sales (Brokerage and/or Operator)

Minimum 2 years based within the region

Proficiency in English

Russian language is advantageous

Excellent communications skills

Goal oriented
