He/she builds business by identifying potential and selling freight forwarding services; maintaining relationships with clients.
Your Responsibilities:
Identify business prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
To establish and maintain solid relationships with customers to ensure business continuity.
Pipeline discussion with FA/BM to Establish new business for Pune branch.
Be well aware of key account SOP and service requirements
Follow up with customers for payment within agreed Credit timelines
Prompt response to Customer support Business development
Support & drive BUFA Initiative
Achieve KPIs: Tonnage, Account development, Account Profitability
Your Skills and Experiences
Minimum graduate from a recognised university
Sound knowledge of Freight Forward industry, inclined towards AIR Logistics
Excellent Communication Skills
