Job Description
We are looking for our new Performance & Improvement Manager who is ready to roll up their sleeves and help us develop actionable, data-driven insights and solve business problems, using various quantitative tools and core project management skills. The candidate will challenge the status quo as well as be resolutely determined to ensure operational excellence by speeding
implementation across the organization to make a difference in terms of performance perceived by customers.

This role, based in Singapore, reports to the Head of Performance Management (ASXP) and requires continuous cross-functional collaboration with our Operations functions, Sales, Product Management, Finance, HR, and IT Teams from all our sites in the world.


You will integrate the Performance & Improvement team which is spread across the globe, matching Satair's operational footprint. It means working in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams with a focus and responsibility on delivering pragmatic solutions (containment measures).


  • Primary responsibilities:
    ● Launch and Lead Performance Improvement projects from a customer focused perspective
    ○ Act as an internal consultant and supporter for end to end improvement missions
    ○ Run/lead data driven root causes analysis and align different functions around a common improvement goal
    ○ Translate customer satisfaction expectations into operational targets
    ● Support Airbus Operating System (AOS) deployment in Satair in close collaboration with Airbus Customer Services AOS team (S function) and Satair Functions.
    ○ Support operational functions in their AOS deployment
    ○ Benchmarking across the company
    ○ Lead Improvement Projects and/or Projects Workpackages (Airtac 2.0, etc...)
    Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of Professional Experience
    ● Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent
    ● Knowledge/Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Logistics
    ● Being used to work in multifunctional and multicultural setups
    ● Can do attitude and proactive
    ● Stakeholders Management skills (ability to establish sustainable stakeholders networks and develop a positive and long-term relationship)
    ● Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
    ● Continuous Simplifier and always keep the customer focused view
    ● Willing to travel with worldwide Knowledge/Experience in Project Management
    ● AOS knowledge specifically : Quality, Lean fundamentals and Performance management
    ● Google Suites (Gmail, gSheet, gSlides, etc….)
    ● Language : English Mandatory but any other language can be an advantage.
