Job Description

• 
  The post is a mandatory regulatory requirement as specified within the Indian BCAS NCASP 2018.
• Compliance monitoring of security functions as specified within the BCAS NCASP 2018 and BCAS Aviation Security Orders
• Other security tasks as determined by GF Security Management on an as required basis.

Main Duties

• Ensure compliance with the avaition security requirements specified in the BCAS NCASP 2018, BCAS Aviation Security Orders and the GF Security Programme Manual.
• Assist with secondary security checks in respect of GF aircraft during periods of increased risk.
• Respond to major security incidents affecting GF operations.
• Oversee Hold Baggage Reconciliation tasks on an as required basis.
• Other Avsec tasks as determined by GF Security Management

Education, Skills & Knowledge

• Educated to HND or High School standard or equivilent
• Demonstrate a satisfactory ability to communicate in:
• Local Language as appropriate   - Oral and Written
• English                                     - Oral

Experience & Pre-Requistes

• 5 to 7 years experience in police, military or civilian security experiance, prefereably in an aviation environment.
• The candidate MUST satisfactorily complete:
  • The mandatory pre-employment background security checks.
  • The Local Airport ID Badge application process.
  • A BCAS Basic Aviation Security Awareness training course.
• The candidate must be medically fit with a satisfactory standard of eyesight and hearing.
• The job holder must be in possession of a valid driving licence.
