Job Description

We are hiring for your skills to be responsible for the facilitation and continuous improvement of security training across the Qatar Airways Group as well as approved external organisations in Doha and throughout the QR network.

Other operational duties would include:

• Design and develop security related courses and programs which comply with the security regulations and procedures and best practise methodology.
• Plan and design learning events (i.e conferences, communities of practise) including implement opportunities for members of staff to network, communicate, mentor and learn from each other.
• Ensuring that certified training is delivered to the highest standard and that the training reflects the guidance and direction of governing bodies.

Qualifications

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Talent Development Team.

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5  years of job related experience
• A formal Aviation security trainer accreditation required from ICAO/IATA/Civil Aviation Authority
• Minimum 5 years of Aviation Security experience
• A minimum of at least 2 years if experience in Aviation Security Training.
