Job Description

We are recruiting for the role of Senior Account Manager in Colombo, Srilanka. In this role, you will manage relationships among the stakeholders and exercise leadership as delegated by the line manager. Also, this role provides exciting challenges to drive sales with the marketing strategies that you formulate. You also will be the representative of Qatar Airways in sales and trade-related events.

Specific accountabilities include:

• Manage stakeholders’ relationships.
• Lead discussion on PLBs with accounts.
• Prepare an account development plans to achieve maximum mutual benefits for trade partners and corporate customers.
• Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue.
• Provide insights regarding the market.
• Represent Qatar Airways in trade events, promotions, and sales events.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the related fields.
• Customer-facing experience.
• Contract negotiation experience.
• Airline sales and marketing experience.
• Strong Excel, Power Point, and Words literacy.
• Fluency in English.
