Strategy and Planning

Assist the department to:

• Formulate as well as assist in implementing company strategies to impact the bottom line and lead specific strategic initiatives- be it related to costs, Network or revenue
• Provide actionable suggestions for responding to new threats plus opportunities rising in the marketplace
• Developing material for MIS, relevant summaries for higher management, Board and shareholders from time to time
• Ensure to scan and research on new opportunities related to acquisitions, alliances and mergers
• Analyze or review business cases developed by other departments and provide recommendation to the CEO
• Develop business plans for entire new corporate ventures. Perform financial and strategic analysis to ascertain feasibility of implementing a project
• Collaborate with all departments in the company and come up with lean procedures to increase efficiency in performance
• Scan new market opportunities to develop airline Network for future
  Policies and Procedures
  ·         Ensure Strategy and Planning complies with flynas policies and processes, practices and systems, and maintain flynas high standard of work and work ethic.
  Reporting and document control
  Perform any other assignment from the line Manager or his designee.
  Assist and coaching team members in performing their duties.
  Provide quarterly/ monthly/ weekly reports or as per the line manager request on all transaction commenced on concerned period.

Job Requirements

Knowledge and Experience
·         2-7 years of experience

• Experience in Consulting firms or Investment banking or Analytical roles in relevant industries
  Education
  and Certifications
• Finance or MBA background preferred
• Master Degree Prefferable.

• Advance proficiency in excel and PPT skills. Analytical Mindset
• Should be a team player and possess good interpersonal skills to interact with multiple departments
• Proactive, quick learner and result oriented
• Should be able to turnaround fast and be comfortable with intense workload sometimes and multitasking
