Job Description

Assist users across different departments of Etihad Cargo to understand and use the analytical tools, data resources and reports to efficiently answer their questions. Leverage advanced analytical skills to analyse and visualize Etihad Cargo’s data resources and solve ad hoc queries. Working with business users and the Product Owner Data to develop data models & reports.

Accountabilities

• Working with the Manager Revenue Analytics, Business Users and/or Product Owner Data to analyse requirements and identify or design the solution to a problem
• Execute ad hoc analyses utilizing Etihad Cargo’s analytical toolkit, proactively looking for further insights and root cause
• Summarize / visualize results and highlight insights
• Maintain and develop accurate datasets and models as per business requirements
• Identify opportunities for automation and improvements to the approach in each analysis performed
• Develop and maintain proficiency with advanced analytic and database tools, in-house data sets, and other resources
• Maintain documentation repository of solutions, including methodology

Education & Experience

• At least 2 years hands-on experience and proven successful track record in similar role, preferably in the airline industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent is preferable
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of database design, SQL and experience with commercial BI tools required (PowerBI an advantage)
• Additional qualifications in analytical disciplines and techniques an advantage
