The role will be responsible to exceed/achieving budgeted revenue for the assigned region and protecting existing businesses and constantly exploring new opportunities. The right candidate will be responsible to create maximum awareness of QR’s products and services and to ensure quality customer service..

Some of the tasks include:

• Planned, directed, and control all selling marketing activities of the station and penetrate the local market to secure new resources of revenue and surpass set revenue budgets.
• Conduct a comparative study and evaluation of QR’s market share, traffic movements to/from the station to identify areas of concern and develop remedial action.
• Maintain regular contacts with the cargo industry (agent, key clients, business partners, etc.)
• Supplement sales call made by the sales force, to establish contacts and maximize QR’s exposure to the marketplace (Continuously increase awareness of the QR product).
• Assist customers/clients with all information related to booking/forwarding/delivery liaising with local Ground Handling Agents and with the Head Office Cargo department to ensure/enhance a satisfactory service provided by QR.

Qualifications

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or another related discipline
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience within the air cargo industry.
• Complete product knowledge and the market practices of the areas of jurisdiction
• Very good presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Excellent spoken and written German and English language skills
• Candidate must have a permanent working license and hold a valid driver’s license for Germany
