Job Description

As a Senior Cargo ULD Control Agent, you will be responsible to maintain and control stock availability of ULDs for Qatar Airways network stations to move cargo & baggage in a safe and cost effective manner.

This role operates in a rotational shift from 0700 to 1600 or 1500 to 2400 Doha time.

Key accountabilities:

• Monitor network-wide stock of ULDs and consumable equipment to enable all stations with the right type of ULDs as per allocated stock of scheduled operations
• Proactively follow-up on schedule changes, aircraft upgrade/ downgrade and update operations with such requirements
• Action seasonal requirements as planned by team leads and ULD network planners
• Coordinate with local operations team across the network to position/recall ULD stock to balance the overall network allocation.
• Follow up on flight ULD planning requirements with QAS/GHA to ensure disposition of the required ULD types and quantity.

About you

• 2 to 4 years of experience into Load Control, ULD Management, Ramp Handling is required
• Knowledge of Cargo Operations and Aircraft Types is essential
• Proficiency in MS Office, IATA Rules and English is a must
