Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Coordination with Crew Scheduling team (OCC) on individual Pilot roster related concerns
Well versed with Roster planning and execution
Health check of Crew rosters
Analysis of Crew pairings
Collate data for roster analysis and provide cost efficient solutions, including progress reports
Any other duties assigned by Deputy Chief Pilot; Fleet Captain - Corporate; and Chief Pilot – Corporate, Policies and Projects
Be aware of and comply with his/ her safety responsibilities and accountabilities as laid down in the IndiGo SMS Manual, Chapter Safety Policy and Objectives.

Job Specification:

Education: Graduate from a recognized university. Candidates with degree in aviation will be preferred
Experience: 4-5 Years' experience with minimum 1 Year in aviation operations, especially Crew Scheduling
Well conversant with FDTL rules
Adept at using the software systems currently being used (Jeppessen and AIMS)
Working knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Good communication skills
