Airside Operations maintains and operates all airside infrastructure, and implement the new technologies and that give us industry-leading capacity and efficiency. They do all that in a live environment and put customer service at the heart of it all.

 What you’ll deliver

• You’ll be responsible for coaching all levels of Incident Command Competence across all teams
• You’ll be responsible for leading day to day operational fire teams across the airport
• You’ll be leading / developing operational effectiveness solutions to continually improve the performance and service excellence of all team member grades
• You’ll be responsible for coaching all team members through performance management, performance goal setting and supporting individual performance targets
• You’ll be responsible for coaching Duty Managers and Senior Team Leaders in delivery of Operational Competence programs (MOS,MOC), assessment of competence, staff training and inspections
• You’ll be responsible for coaching all staff in Safety Management System reporting and Regulatory Compliance Standards 

 What you bring

• You’ll should have a minimum 10 years of Aviation Fire Service Operational experience, with at least 7 years as Duty Manager Level equivalent or above
• You’ll have a management level experience at Aerodrome RFFS Category 7 or above
• You’ll hold an Incident Command competence certification at level 2 or 3
• You’ll have Instructional / Assessor and or Fire Service coaching / development qualification or experience
• You’ll have comprehensive knowledge in Aerodrome Regulatory Standards & Compliance
• You’ll have a minimum of ICAO Level 5, preferably Level 6 English verbal and written
• Regional or GCAA area experience would be an advantage
