Job Description

The team works in real time to make sure the right people are in the right place – airside and landside – to meet demand. As our airports are the world’s busiest, it’s fast-paced and a real challenge. They see that the operational plan is followed, and issues are dealt with across terminals, regular operations, incidents and crisis handling. The operation has to be industry-leading, and it always is.

What you'll deliver

• You’ll be responsible to manage the section and provide respective section services, to implement business objectives and strategies and deliver on stakeholder requirements to deliver an exceptional guest experience and journey.
• You’ll manage the performance of outsourced service and performance-based contracts for Cleaning Services section.  Ensure service standards are met at all times as well as engaging and aligning with internal stakeholders, service partners and any third-party service providers
• You’ll review and assess data from service audit reports (KPI scores), business information, finance to continuously improve service effectiveness and efficiency with internal and external stakeholders.
• You’ll actively liaise with the outsourced service providers to ensure services are delivered as per the agreed contract and defined service metrics, resolving any challenges in a collaborative and practical manner

What you bring

• You’ll be educated to a Degree level in Facility Management Industry/Environmental Services/ Engineering.
• You’ll have at least 8 years of relevant experience within facility management including 5 years’ experience in leading teams responsible for soft services maintenance/ projects or large waste management operation.
• You’ll have a thorough knowledge of waste management/environmental services, quality management and management of outsourced performance-based contracts.
• You’ll have knowledge of regulatory frameworks (IATA, ICAO, GCAA &DCAA) as well as ACI.
• You’ll have experience working on systems such as Maximo and MS Office.
