To ensure that the current and future facilities needs of the business are managed in the most professional,proactive and cost-effective manner – providing the best possible service to the business by ensuring that facilities are selected, developed, and maintained to meet needs and support effective working in a prompt and efficient manner. To identify, propose and deliver the best facilities solutions to meet current and future facilities needs for Flynas.

Job Requirements

• ???? Ensuring the future strategic plans of the company are supported in terms of ensuring appropriate facilities solutions are identified/developed and subsequently maintained to meet requirements in the most costeffective manner
• ???? Supporting the brand image and reputation of Flynas through the physical appearance and functionality of its premises and other facilities
• ???? Contributing to the attractiveness of Flynas as a potential employer/staff morale/work efficiency through the provision and maintenance of high standard physical working environments/facilities and through prompt service to address problems at the lowest possible cost.

 Key Accountabilities

• ???? To ensure that the major facilities requirements of Flynas are proactively identified and planned in conjunction with senior managers and in line with strategic business plan requirements and priorities and delivered in the most cost-effective manner
• ???? To construct, propose and deliver a costed and justified facilities plan for Flynas (including planned maintenance) to extend the usable life of facilities
• ???? To proactively investigate, research, evaluate and propose suitable facilities solutions to meet needs and requirements in the most cost-effective and timely manner
• ???? To establish and implement Facilities quality and safety standards/policy guidelines,aligned to business needs and to deliver the best return on investments: monitor the use of these standards/guidelines and work to inspect/report on violations/incidents and recommend future action.
• ???? To ensure that approved facilities projects deliver high quality solutions on time and
• to budget through constructing specifications, reviewing tender submissions,recommending external contractors for appointment and directing/supervising work undertaken through to completion
• ???? To respond positively and promptly to ad hoc needs/requests to remedy facilities problems, working with internal customers.
• ???? To select, direct, develop & motivate staff within Facilities to deliver the highest levels of performance, further build capabilities and provide a highly professional service to meet internal customer expectations.

Qualification & Experience Prerequisites

Qualification Experience

• ???? Degree level required (preferably in an Engineering discipline)
• ???? Experience in a facilities management or construction role: significant experience of project management/facilities problem solving
