Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work with functional managers / department heads to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Lead and support the implementation of SAESL Operating System in area of responsibilities.
  • Support Black Belts in ongoing projects.
  • Lead process improvement projects.
  • Facilitate Kaizen workshops.
  • Coach Yellow Belt candidates / projects.
  • Prepare workshop templates, case studies & training material to support SAESL Continuous Improvement Journey.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering / Business discipline or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in Continuous Improvement or equivalent programs.
  • Passion for Lean Six Sigma.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work together with cross functional teams.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Experience in Production System or equivalent.
  • Experience in using Minitab software preferred.
  • Experience in using Power BI software preferred.
  • Experience in leading Lean Six Sigma & Kaizen projects.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent Lean certification.
