Job Description

Role & Responsibility

  • Manage the Customer Relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Relationship management with air charter operators
  • Solving customers queries
  • Liason with the finance and operations teams to resolve customer queries and execute flights

Desired Competencies

  • Communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Ability to use CRM softwares
  • Process oriented

Experience

  • 3-5 years in customer service in services organization
  • General Aviation background would be preferred
  • IATA certificate would be an advantage
