Job Description

LOCATION- INDIA

Vendor account controls, contracts credit limit monitoring, reconciliation and dispute resolution related to all suppliers, manufacturers, lessors, MRO etc..
Close monitoring of all key vendors e.g. Airbus, CFM, Honeywell / PWC, Lessors, Turkish Tech, Engine MROs etc.
Support finance in payment plan to all vendors
Warranty claim administration – and support any legal case for claim from suppliers
KYC analysis of all new vendors, and health check of all existing vendors
Evaluation, contract negotiation, contract award and compliance monitoring of MRO / Engineering procurement;
Continuous monitoring of costs incurred in maintenance check projects, analysis of high-cost factors explore effective cost reduction methods.

Job Requirements

Master’s degree in business management, finance, procurement, or other related fields
15+ years of professional experience in managing vendors accounts
Understanding of aircraft related costs
Experience in developing and managing high value, complex aviation contracts
