Job Description

Mandatory Functional:

• Hands on experience on Avionics SQA Activities, wrt DO178
• Good experience in reviewing project deliverables – Plans, Requirements, Design documents, Code, Test Plans, Test documentation, Test Results
• Participated / Supported to Perform SOI audits for various DAL levels
• Good working knowledge on any of the Software Development Life Cycle Phases – Requirements Analysis, Software Design, Coding, Unit testing and Integration Testing
• Have participated in Project Initiation, Project Planning and Project Closure Activities
• Good experience in internal quality audits – Process compliance Audit, Internal quality Audit, Configuration Management Audit
• Report, Track and Escalate Process/Product Non Conformances to relevant stakeholders
• Experience in conducting Root Cause Analysis for problems, issues and defects
• Experience in interaction / communicating to Customer SQAs and DER
• Good understanding on at least one quality models/standards viz., AS9100 & CMMI 1.3 Dev
• Collect, Analyze, and Report metrics at various levels viz., Project, Account/COE
• Facilitated Customer/External Audit/Assessments and responsible for follow up on improvement opportunities

• Ability to work independently as well as in team.

 

Desired Functional:

 

• Good knowledge on various Types of Testing viz., Unit, Integration, HSI, System, Black Box and White Box testing.
• Good working experience Configuration Management, Review and Defect Management Tools
• Hands-on experience on the usage of the testing tools like RTRT (Rational Test Real Time), X-Ray Debugger, Vector cast and LDRA.
• Good Knowledge in C language and Excel Macros.

 

Work location: Bangalore.

Experience: 4-7 years

 

Skills & Experience

Audit Reporting, Internal Quality Auditing, • Understanding of DO-178B Standards and Software Verification concepts. • Hands on Experience in Safety critical Software Verification. • Hands on experience in Software-Software Integration testing / Low Level Testing . • Hands on Experience in “C” Language and Java. • Hands on Experience in Requirement Based Testing. • Hands on Experience in IBM DOORS Database. • Hands on experience in IBM Rational Synergy Configuration. • Hands on Experience in Rational Test Real Time and Structural Coverage Analysis.
