Job Description

 

  • Assist the Sales Team to create and maintain the Customer Records; requests; client complains etc.
  • Support and co-ordinate in compiling routine and/or ad-hoc reports on potential and existing clients to ensure that teams functions efficiently.
  • To independently ensure and supervise efficient filing systems in the Sales Office.
  • Co-ordinate and support Sales team in the selling and marketing of all products through efficient handling of direct mail and Tele- sales; answering to queries.

Qualifications & Experience

  • High school level of education or equivalent.
  • 4 years experience in Sales & Travel related field.
  • Higher secondary education.
  • Adequate command of written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal with all levels of people (staff and external customers).

Additional Information

  • Must have the right to work and live in Malaysia. The company will not provide or assist with obtaining work permits.
