Sales

Our Sales team is the largest revenue-generation department at United. They work closely with travel agencies, United travel departments, and corporate clients.


Job overview and responsibilities 

  • United for Business Marketing is evolving the way we engage, qualify, win, and retain new corporate business. We are looking for an experienced Integration Lead to manage data integration and technology optimization for these demand generation efforts. The role will be based in our India Knowledge Center office located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The Integration Lead will work closely with internal Marketing and IT team members along with third parties to support a cohesive data and technology architecture to support marketing initiatives.
  • Orchestrate and manage the consolidation and integration of United and third-party data with marketing technology to facilitate automated demand generation efforts. This includes working with vendors and United IT to implementing best practices to optimize our tech stack integration.
  • In coordination with Marketing, IT, and Project Management, create architecture and solution blueprints for data and systems integration as it relates to demand generation business requirements.
  • Serve as the data integrations subject matter expert (SME) across United's paid digital marketing channels, internal and external software, and data pipelines.
  • Work closely with third parties and internal stakeholders to ensure systems and integrations are operating properly and that the data is accurate and optimized for Marketing reporting.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to evaluate new data and system opportunities for United for Business Marketing.

This position is offered on local terms and conditions.  Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
  • 3+ years working with Marketing Technology or Marketing Automation
  • 3+ years working with integrating data from sources such as AWS/Teradata/Azure to other software
  • 2+ years’ experience onboarding and integrating new third-party technology platforms
  • Data integration experience
  • Cross-departmental collaboration experience
  • Self-starter and continuous learner
  • Experience working with business requirements

Preferred

  • Master’s Degree
  • Preferably a degree in Marketing Technology, Business, Information Technology, or Data Science.
  • Knowledge of the airline industry
  • Marketing analytics/reporting experience
  • Marketing automation experience
  • Project Management Experience
