Service Assurance
Location: Pan India
 

Job Overview
Responsible for providing effective and efficient assistance to Air India passengers within Airport Premises.



Key Responsibilities
  • Advocate the theme to “Celebrate every travel” at respective airport location.
  • Develop an understanding of customer expectations and execute customer delight initiatives.
  • Contribute to and spearhead in making every travel memorable for the passengers.
  • Envision and innovate new avenues and ways to delight customers.
  • Provide customer service and support & resolving issues in a polite & prompt manner.
  • Work closely with ground handling agency to ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.



Skills & Attributes
  • An attitude and acumen for customer centricity and going beyond customers’ expectations.
  • An affable, humble, and amiable nature.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Should be empathetic and passionate about customer satisfaction.



Work Experience
  • 0-3 years of work experience in customer facing role preferably in the Bank/Aviation industry.



Qualification
  • Graduate from a recognized university.
