Job description:

• A minimum of 5 years hands on experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, service and testing of gas engines, diesel engines and gensets
• Carry out repair/adjustment if required on PLC's, Throttle flaps, Gas metering valves, bypass throttle valves, anti-knock controls and ECU's.
• Well versed with CAN and J1939 communication.
• Experience in handling LT and HT alternators and associated circuit, testing of Gensets and engines.
• Experience in configuring and operation of genset controllers Ex: DEIF AGC 4.
• Prepare and submit travel reports on work progress as well as completion of projects.
• Having marine background will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• E Electrical/Electronics or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics with min 10 years’ experience.
