Job Description


We are searching for a/an driven Specialist, Cabin Services (Crew Rostering)! You will be part of the Crew Rostering and Operations team and will be the key advocate providing operational support to Crew Rostering. You will work closely with Crew Operations, Network Planning, IOCC, Cabin Services team, IT, HR, Flight OPs, Ground Operations to meet the operational performance standards, crewing of all flights and non-flight duties, while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Job Description

Crew Planning Management
Ensure that the crewing requirements for each aircraft type are met

  • Ensure ANR Compliance in the planning stage of roster including rest rules, off-days, crew ranks and crew experience;
  • Manage crew requests on flight, Off days, ad-hoc leave
  • Liaison with HR- Leave balance administration
  • Work with Training to support efficient planning of attendees;
  • Work with SEP to plan and roster recurrent training classes;
  • Manage supernumery (SNY) flight planning of Cabin Crew;
  • Manage flight requests, guaranteed days-off, ground duty, etc. at planning stage;
  • Manage planning of standby (SBY) crew;
  • Ensure soft rules adherence – language and gender requirements for flight profile and hotel room sharing respectively;
  • Ensure equitable distribution of pay-credit, hours and flight destinations within acceptable deviation guidelines;
  • Ensure productivity and operational levels are consistently maintained
  • Ensure timely roster publication, and adherence to established FRMS guidelines;
  • Support improvement/enhancement projects on rostering system
  • Support charter flight crewing arrangements

Crew Operating Pattern (COPs)

  • Ensure that COPs are reviewed and revised if necessary due to ad-hoc / scheduled changes in a timely manner

Adherence to Regulatory Standards

  • Ensures cabin crew rosters are compliant with the ANR and ANO, and also meet with other regulators’/legislated requirements
  • Compilation and submission of Taiwan Entry and Exit Permit for CHI crew; including distribution to crew
  • Ensure China Crew Health Certificate and Taiwanese Crew Travel Documents are tagged to crew and within validity for operations
  • Manages Korean Crew cards collections and returns

Crew Leave Management

  • Manage Cabin Crew’s Leave Application and Approval Process, 
  • Manage Annual and Mini Leave Bidding Exercise; 
  • Set up and configure crew leave profiles and Information, including calculating & amending  daily leave quota for the FY
  • Test and implement Crew Onlne Leave System, prepare and disseminate Comms Guide
  • Runs the Leave Exercise and uploads approved leave dates to the crew in a timely manner
  • Manages the day to day leave changes
  • Reconciliation of crew leave between AIMS, COLS and Workday

Others

  • Support Crew briefing at graduation;
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum a degree or diploma holder with 2 years working experience in planning and/or operations related roles. Fresh graduates  (Degree holder).

Experience as Cabin Crew advantageous
