Job Description

Managing the daily air freight import warehouse & transport operations including terminal clearance & ULD breakdown
Liaising with internal & external parties on shipment movements
Ensure that all shipments are delivered within specified time by planning routes,
Liaising with Customer Service staffs in anticipation of charges, making and communicating adjustments to all concerned.
Maintain effective control of service provider to ensure compliance with operating & safety procedures.
Ensures that cargo is properly staged in an orderly manner to avoid congestion within the warehouse.
To raise an irregularity report if cargo is found damaged in the warehouse and to answer all calls to the Duty Manager mobile telephone without fail.

Job Requirements

Diploma
Experience in Air Freight/ Warehousing preferred
2-4 years of relevant experience
Night shift, 5.5 day work week (Monday to Friday 2300h to 0800h; Saturday 2300h to 0300h). Shift allowances are provided.
Location will be at Alps Avenue
