Job Description

To assist the Sr.Manager - QA in ensuring that that all Aircraft are in compliance with quality standards as defined by  the  GCAA,IATA as well as flydubai through periodic audits and reviews of the relevant areas. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Key Activities

  • Conducts regular independent audits in order to proactively identify non-conformities and areas for improvement.
  • Reviews and presents findings and concerns with the appropriate personnel or representatives of product and/or service providers.
  • Investigates non-conformities to the required level and ensure appropriate corrective, preventative and verification actions are taken.
  • Reviews and presents findings and concerns with the appropriate personnel or representatives of suppliers or service providers.
  • Investigates non-conformities to the required level and ensure appropriate corrective, preventative and verification actions are taken.
  • Verifies that adequate corrective and/or preventative actions are implemented, planned or accomplished in order to address highlighted concerns or findings.
  • Helps facilitate regulatory and/or company projects such as foreign operator approval.
  • Monitors and amends audit checklists and forms to support audits and maintain relevance with required regulations (CAR 145, CAR M, CAR OPS, CAR ORA and IATA ISARPs) and company policy and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
 
Minimum Qualification 
 

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) 

 
Experience 

  • At least 1 year of auditing experience in an aviation operational environment 
  • Preferred No. of Years (with Bachelors Degree) 6
  • Preferred No. of Years (without Bachelor Degree) 9

Certificate / License required 

  • ISO 9000 QMS Auditor/Lead auditor certificate (or equivalent)
