Job Description

The role involves managing Club Vistara loyalty operations for airline partnerships, technical integration, customer escalations and monthly billing financials.

Key Responsibilities

• Setup airline partner technical systems integration and monitor regular data exchange operations.
• Perform regular checks to ensure smooth data exchange and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to timely resolve partner and/ or passenger requests and queries.
• Work closely with internal and external product owners and all relevant stake holders. Ensure all projects are delivered as per timelines. Perform User Acceptance Testing for project deliverables with end-to-end flows.
• Drive problem resolution with internal resources as well as the partner to ensure programs offered are serviced according to standards, potential risks are mitigated, and revenue goals are met.
• Generate periodic performance and reports by using advance analytical platform functions such as (but not limited to) Qlik Sense, Excel VBA etc.
• Timely closure of all monthly financials billing for loyalty airline partners.
• Assist in partnership agreements at the direction of reporting manager.
• Ensure all customer query and escalations are handled within defined TAT and followed as per company matrix.
• Assist in other duties and tasks, related to airline partner management as and when required by reporting manager.
• Ability to manage time and schedules with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.

Skills & Attributes

• Good knowledge and experience of airline loyalty operations – Accrual & Redemption
• Basic knowledge of reservation systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, SABRE, Galileo etc.
• Basic knowledge and experience of Loyalty Management System operations, data exchange (API, SFTP), system integrations
• Expert in MS tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word Etc.

Work Experience

• Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in travel industry/Airlines
• Experience in partnerships and alliances of strategic nature is preferred.

Qualification

• Graduate/ Post-Graduate from a recognized university
