Job Description

The role involves assisting the account lead in onboarding banking partners, work on assigned projects and having an overall understanding of day-to-day operations of banking partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Raising business requirements with technical teams and ensuring implementation of requirements as per timelines.

• Ensure smooth operations of banking partners by facilitating onboarding, technical systems integration and monitoring regular data exchange operations.

• Managing customer escalations related to banking partnerships by working with internal and external teams and ensuring adherence to prescribed timelines.
• Work with technical teams to identify, raise and resolve any issues concerning daily operations and ongoing projects of banking partnerships.
• Drive problem resolution with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Work with large data sets to analyze issues with the help of tools such as excel, Qliksense
• Resolve any issues related to customer and customer experience for the Loyalty partnerships.
• Assist in timely closure of all monthly financials billing of banking partnerships.

Skills & Attributes

• Knowledge of APIs, SFTPs and other data transfer platforms is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word  
• Good knowledge of airline loyalty partnerships with banks is a plus.
• Should have worked on IT and systems implementation in CRM platforms related to partnerships.

Work Experience

• Minimum 3-4 years of work experience preferably in banking partnerships and alliances of strategic nature
• Previous experience in loyalty partnerships is a plus

Qualification

• Graduate from a recognized university
