Job Description

The incumbent need to work closely with Corporate and Trade Sales team in terms of all sales related query and reports. He/she needs to assist HOS & RSMs with day to day requirement

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Email reverts to agents and assist them with day to day query
  • Prepare regular sales and marketing report/ data handling
  • Keeping track of all repository and sales giveaways
  • Manage & cultivate strong working relationship with business partner and internal team
  • Manage and track credit liability of trade partners

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong IT skills covering MS Office systems and Sales System
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Networking - Facilitation & cross functional group moderation
  • Mediation & Negotiation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Amadeus system 
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills

Work Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in airline sales or Customer Engagement
  • Experience in back-office support role is preferred

Qualification

  • Graduate from a recognized University
