The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Systems Design and Integration Specialist to join the Global Service Engagement Platform (GSEP)

In this role you will:

• Development and Design within the GSEP program using ServiceNow platform capabilities including: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and DevOps
• Provide technical design and implementation solutions to a wide range of technical problems
• Communicate across multiple teams, organizations, and leaders to effectively articulate business goals and objectives
• Identify, recommend, and implement development standards
• Document information such as configuration and implementation following process and design standards
• Use Agile and Kanban best practices through Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)

To be Successful in this role, you should have the following skills & knowledge

• ServiceNow development experience
• Firm understanding of business rules and how they are applied to enterprise solutions
• Following, enhancing and deploying development standards and best practices
• Analytical skills: Ability to collect, organize and analyze data and patterns within team
• AGILE and SAFe best practices
• Ability to communicate across multiple teams, service owners, and key stakeholders
• Demonstrated initiative, eager to learn, adaptable, and fundamental understanding of how IT application systems operate

Education:

Technical bachelor's degree and typically 11 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 9 or more years' or a PhD degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematics, scientific or information technology field of study.
