Location: Saint Nazaire

Position: Executive Engineer

Main tasks:

• Based on incidents reported by the production during system installation, you provide technical support and correctives solutions for the aircraft program.
• Work within MAP back office team, performing the design analysis and defining the correctives actions related to system installation issues (DQN).
• Adapt the solution and the way to manage the deviation in regards of configuration management (modification implementation).
• Communicate and liaise with client’s technical staff and approvers to arrive at the appropriate corrective action and the adapted implementation process.
• Support the client in ensuring the internal process compliance and working with time cost and quality.
• Ensure all tasks and activities required for corrections/implementations are correctly planned, monitored and executed to achieve customer time scales.
• Ensure support to MAP STRUCTURE design team during pick workload: structure concession creation, checks on aircraft (measurements,aircraft status), repair definition.

Requirements:

The candidate is expected

• To be experienced in the aircraft system installation.
• To be strongly experienced in the aircraft configuration management, particularly on SINGLE AISLE program, in order to be autonomous for that task.
• To be experienced in the primary and secondary structure on NOSE fuselage of aircrafts.
• Familiarity with aircraft OEM design and repair principles (system installation and structure).
• Familiar with aircraft OEM process / tools such as, GILDA, SAP etc.
• You want to be close to product, operations and customers.
• You have customer mindset and solution oriented.
• You are able to perform in a high pressure environment and make quick decisions.
• Languages: Bilingual (French and English) to ensure communication with stakeholders/partners
• Tools: Global expertise on tools like SAP ERP,GILDA, Office Pack, Visual Management and Quality management Tools
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of working on similar scopes of activities
